How do I pick my size?

I currently have a size range of XS - 4XL available. For further information on size specifications, please refer to the size chart.

If you would like more detailed size information or don't see your size, please contact me directly at yourmate@snakepalace.com. One beauty of made to order clothing is I can add sizes as they are requested :)

Where is everything made?

All items are designed and hand made to order in Adelaide, Australia. 

How do I take care of my swimwear?

To ensure your swimwear lasts for as long as possible, do the following;

• Rinse it in cold, fresh water after every use. 

• Wash immediately after swimming in chlorinated water.

• When washing, hand wash in cold water with mild soap.

• Do not use hot water

• Dry flat in shade or indoors

• Do not hang in direct sunlight

• Keep away from rough surfaces

• Do not dry clean 

• Do not iron

How do I take care of my basics?

• Wash & dry inside-out

• Cold wash or do not exceed 30c

• Wash with like colours

• Do not bleach

• Do not tumble dry

• Dry in the shade to prevent colours from fading

• Warm iron

• Keep away from rough surfaces. 

My item/s looks a little different than expected?

All pieces are made to order, one by one and not mass produced. I do my best to make sure all colours are displayed as their true colours however, screen resolutions can cause colours to vary. Seamless swimwear has a tendency to roll over and slightly show the reversible side, this is totally normal.

How much does shipping cost in Australia?

FREE regular shipping on all orders within Australia. All regular deliveries are carbon neutral. Happy days!

If you need your item asap, express shipping is $14.95. Please keep in mind, all orders may take up to 3 weeks to be cut & sewn, however I will prioritise all express orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I care about a lot about our environmental impact, please allow a little longer for your order to arrive. I will do my best to cut and sew your order as quickly as possible after payment has been received. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be cut, sewn and created before being shipped.

I use an Australian delivery partner that provides a carbon neutral delivery service. Most Metro areas will only take 3 business days however, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes I do. As I'm still a small business, I have a flat rate of $20 to New Zealand and $26 for the rest of the world per order under $249. 

I offer free shipping for all international orders over $250.

• NZ: 10-16 business days

• North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific: 10-28 business days

• Rest of the World: 14-30 business days

Do costs include international customs and duty taxes?

All costs exclude customs duties and taxes. Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. This is a separate cost outside of the standard shipping fee. The payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Snake Palace cannot be held responsible for any charges.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately I do not accept exchange or returns for change of mind or wrong size. All items are produced on a made-to-order service in the colour and size of your choice. Exchange / Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty.

Snake Palace reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’ as it is your responsibility to check our description, sizing charts or email us with accurate measurements so we can assist with sizing prior to checkout. I take great care to ensure the highest standard of quality of each item produced. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged you may be entitled to an exchange or refund. For more information please refer to returns page.

How do I request a refund/exchange for a faulty item?

To request a refund or exchange please email us at yourmate@snakepalace.com.

I will advise the next steps in the exchange process. Sorry I do not cover the postage costs of returning an item. In the case of a refund we will put the funds back into your account. Refunds not available for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
