RETURNS

Unfortunately I do not accept exchange or returns for change of mind or wrong size. All items are produced on a made-to-order service in the colour and size of your choice. Exchange/returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty.

Snake Palace reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as change of mind or wrong fit, as it is your responsibility to check our description, sizing charts or email accurate measurements so I can assist with sizing prior to checkout.

I take great care to ensure the highest standard of quality of each item produced. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged you may be entitled to an exchange or refund. Please review the below conditions:

Due to health regulations; items that are dirty, marked, worn, damaged or washed will not be accepted - even if they are faulty. Items must be in the original condition to issue an exchange or refund.

You can return an item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This does not include sale items.

I do not accept refunds for change of mind or wrong size.

All items will be inspected when returned. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, I may have to send it back to you. The items are your responsibility until they reach me, please make sure it is sent to the correct address and packaged properly so it does not get damaged on the way.

I advise to use trackable service and insure your items as I cannot be held accountable for items that go missing in transit. I am not responsible for any items that are returned by mistake.

Unfortunately I do not cover the costs of returning an item.

All of styles are handmade with love and inspected before being dispatched. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. I will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace the item. If the fabric choice is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. I will not fix colour fading, snags or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration and colour running. Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure you do not encounter such problems and to prolong the life of your garment.

Snake Palace holds a no warranty policy.

Due to different resolutions in computer screens, some colours may appear slightly different than they actually are.
